Romantic Thyme

According to the Greek legend, thyme is the herb which makes one irresistibly kissable. So I figure, why not find out.

Create a meal for your sweetheart. Give it a Greek flavor: pita bread, olives, baklava, ouzo or other “traditional” Greek dishes. Be sure to include dishes with thyme.

As you sit down to enjoy the meal with your sweetheart, let him/her know that you’re not sure how you might react to a Greek meal.

After your sweetheart has taken a bite or two, rush over and kiss her/him passionately.

When your sweetheart gives you that stare, tell him/her the legend must be accurate. OK. It’s goofy. But could be very romantic.

If you’ve very bold, do this at a Greek restaurant. The owner, if truly Greek, might understand. Robert
