Create a romantic dinner experience at home from both sides of the kitchen.
Get two aprons or chef’s jackets and two toques, one for each of you. Work together in the kitchen to create your evening dinner.
As the meal is about ready to be served, both change into going-out-to-a-fancy-restaurant clothing. Maybe a long, black dress with pearls. Or a tuxedo and top hat. Include makeup, cologne, suit, tie, etc. You may be able to do some preparation in advance or have it ready for a quick change.
Let chivalry and elegance reign throughout the evening, just as though you were at a five star restaurant. Let the conversation last and dirty dishes wait.
Would love to hear about your evening. Robert
