Classical Romantic Interlude

Find one of these classical pieces:

  • Bolero (Ravel)
  • Rhapsody in Blue (Gershwin)
  • Moonlight Sonata (Beethoven)

Add a couple sheets of blank lined paper and a pen.

Invite your sweetheart to join you in a quiet, relaxed location. Put on the music.

While the music is playing, ask your sweetheart to write in as much detail as possible, the most romantic date she/he has ever had. It doesn’t matter who the date was with, you or someone else. You’re going to be doing the same.

When the music ends, share what you’ve written. You’ll each learn a bit more about the other and you’ll gain insights into what your sweetheart considers romantic.
