What’s A Romantic Gift?

What’s the most romantic gift you could receive in the next 7 days?

Stop reading. Take a minute to consider your answer.

  • What does it look like?
  • What color is it?
  • How’s it packaged?

Chances are most of you never took even 3 seconds to answer the question. You continued reading without slowing down.

Some of you immediately thought of the romantic gift you’d like to receive. It might have taken just a couple seconds before the vision of that special gift formed in your mind.

A few more of you now have an idea for the romantic gift. But many of you still haven’t a clue what you’d consider to be a romantic gift. If forced to make a choice, you’d blurt something out, then wonder why you said that. It isn’t really romantic.

There’s a reason some immediately know what they’d want while others struggle to answer the question.

For some, the most romantic thing your sweetheart could do for you is give you a small gift, something that said he/she took time to find something specifically for you. It could be a piece of jewelry, a bottle of champagne, a stylized photo of the two of you or flowers.

If your sweetheart prefers to be romanced with gifts, you, like me, might struggle to come up with more than 2 romantic gift ideas. We’re not wired to be romanced with gifts. It’s not our preference. Because of that, it’s difficult for us to come up with romantic gift ideas.

If that’s you, don’t be afraid to ask for help. Search “Romantic Gifts” and see what ideas spark from this voyage of discovery.

Just remember, the size of the gift doesn’t matter. It’s the time you took to search and the meaning behind the gift which will romance your sweetheart.
