As teenagers, many of us went on mini-golf dates. Be creative and recreate a golf date.
Get several red plastic cups – larger size. Design the course with a series of obstacles using plants, sports equipment, furniture, etc. as hazards. Place a cup on its side at the end of each hole.
If you or your sweetheart don’t have golf clubs, find a thrift store and buy a couple cheap putters and golf balls.
Invite your sweetheart “out” to the backyard for putt-putt golf. Make your own rules. If you want, have fun designing the course together.
My teenage golf dates usually ended with ice cream. I recommend it for this Interlude.
